Gold COMEX smokes higher on central bank's bullish words

Gold futures advanced to a new 11-month high during U.S. hours Thursday, after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi reiterated that the central bank was ready to start purchasing the debt of troubled euro zone states earlier in the day.

Crude NYMEX futures lower in Asian trading hours

Crude oil futures were lower in Asian trading hours on Friday.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, Crude oil futures for November delivery traded at USD91.47 a barrel at time of writing falling 0.26%.

Natural gas NYMEX turns positive as bargain hunters hit commodity markets

Natural gas futures bounced from the lowest levels of the session during U.S. afternoon trade Thursday, reversing earlier losses as bargain hunters hit the commodity despite a report from the U.S. Energy Information Administration showed U.S. gas supplies rose more-than-expected last week.
